So many fandoms and too little time!

Finally got to watch Season 2 of Teen Wolf! Yay! Season 2 watched since lunchtime of Teenwolf. Season 3 just began. Why yes…it is the summer holidays where I can do sweet F all, all day long if I wish. Fandom - you gotta love them!

Why do I watch Revolution? Mmm….let me think…oh yes…Miles/Monroe relationship. Sebastian Monroe may be a cruel man but he is a damn sexy cruel man. Only Miles Matheson seems to be able to get Sebastian to show his vulnerable side and how!

A cruel man made vulnerable because of his need to be loved by the one he cares for most - his best friend, his brother in arms, his protector (and yes in all our fan girl heads we have slashed them into lovers too) and then the betrayal he never sees coming…yet he still wants Miles back despite his betrayal, craves his return to his side. Not that I am addicted or anything…Ahem…:0)

I spat my drink over myself when watching the finale last week and Monroe captured and on his knees, is then told that he appears to have a ‘Borderline Erotic fixation on Miles Matheson’. Fans around the world were all like ‘oh hell yes I was just shouting the same thing at the screen!’ Revolution Writers - we the fans humbly thank you.

This addiction can only be blamed on one person I know. I am watching season 2 finally managed to get on DVD. Then I will desperately seek out season 3 online. Then read copious amounts of fanfic and watch YouTube videos to consolidate addition. Yep 1lostone has a lot to answer for!

Benedict Cumberbatch crying in some of his roles …he is responsible for quite a few instances of sobbing on my part when watching his performances. I don’t cry that easily - he is just a damn good actor in many good roles!

Sherlock in Reichenbach Falls was the first and most angsty one but all are angsty in their own way…

I have changed username easier to remember without hyphen! lol

Perfection!

Perfection!

Martin Freeman

Martin Freeman on Baftas. I might admit to squeeing a little as he walked on stage. Should have been Benedict next to him though! Lol

Third Star is a film I came across last year. It features a strong cast and acting by all - Benedict Cumberbatch included. This film makes me cry every time. Hard to watch, especially if you have ever had someone you love taken from you by terminal illness and had to watch them fade away or in pain. This film manages to tackle the issues of family/friendship/terminal illness/loss in a way that is not comfortable or sickly sweet or perfect. which is why in my opinion the film works. The ending is heartbreaking for all. This is not a cheer you up film it is one that rivals Sherlock Reichenbach Falls angst! Anyway. Highly recommend the film with laughs along the way to balance the sadness of the ending!
